Jesus Del Alamo
Since I was a child i have been interested in knowing how objects work and why they work like that. I have not stopped wondering if they couldn't do better in another way. The questions how? and why? have always intrigued me more than when? and where?
At that age I didn't know it, but I was already focusing my path towards design, the discipline of the eternal question.
"Everything is design" This famous phrase defines perfectly and in the simplest way the complexity of this profession. Every little detail is essential. From the more theoretical to the commercial aspect. From aesthetic to purely functional and productive. From the sketch to the packaging. This combination of elements makes this work so exciting for me.
I have been fortunate to work most materials by hand over the years as a sculptor with different materials. I have known and developed production systems in various sectors. In addition, for more than 10 years, I have combined that know-how with computer-aided design, 3D printing and CNC.
On the other hand, I am passionate about climbing and mountains, to which I dedicate most of my free time. Designing climbing holds is a gift for me since it combines my two great passions.
I am part of the Technical Department of Euroholds and I am immersed in all the processes involved in production. This ensures a constant optimization and improvement study to offer the best possible product.
